The practice came first and the paper came after, deliberately. The MA is the leadership one; everything underneath it is about the teaching.

    2025 to present. Leading in an IB environment — the philosophical foundations of the PYP, so my practice holds up to scrutiny.

  • PGCE — Senior Phase & FET

    Completed

    Two Oceans Graduate Institute, 2023–24. Distinctions in educational psychology, social pedagogy, professional studies and both teaching practices.

  • BA in Theology

    Completed

    Helderberg College, 2009–12. Research, ethics and sustained writing — the foundation of the pastoral years that followed.

  • Psychology, honours track

    Paused for the MA

    UNISA. Third-year modules complete — because most classroom problems are, underneath, problems about how people think and feel.
