What I can do
Technology that earns its place.
If a tool doesn't improve the learning or give a teacher time back, it goes. Most tools go.
I served as Toddle Coordinator for the school: the planning, the portfolios, the assessment and the reporting that a school's teaching flows through. Not devices and cables.
That job is mostly teaching adults. Training a faculty on a platform is a lesson like any other — you plan it, you check who has actually understood it, and you build the follow-up for the people who haven't.
I train faculties on the platforms a school has already chosen, and I build only where there's a genuine gap and leadership has signed off. Curriculum work uses AI; children's data never does.
So far that has meant a school learning platform I designed and built myself, AI-assisted curriculum mapping, and reports parents actually read.
